North America's Largest Truckload Carrier Will Maintain Supply Security While Reducing Fuel Costs
HOUSTON - August 11, 2010 -- FuelQuest, Inc., the leading on-demand software and services company for the global downstream energy industry, announced today Swift Transportation, North America's largest truckload carrier, has extended their Fuel Management System (FMS) software and services contract for an additional five years. Under this agreement, Swift will also begin using FMS's delivery and invoice reconciliation applications. FMS is integral to Swift maintaining security of fuel supply, reducing retains and run-outs, and lowering fuel costs with a larger portfolio of suppliers.
