VP of Service Operations
Scott Cilento has years of experience directing operations in a technology-based business or government enterprise. Prior to joining FuelQuest in May of 2000, Scott worked for NASA at the Kennedy Space Center where he directed the preparations for space shuttle launches. His education and work experience include organizational design, ISO 9000 certification, and continuous process improvement program management. Scott earned his BS in electrical engineering from Southern Illinois University and his MS in engineering management from the University of Central Florida.
Senior Director, Managed Services
Ryan Mossman, senior director of managed services, leverages his years of experience applying technology and business process improvements to help energy, retail, commercial and industrial clients. In addition to overseeing a team that manages ~$2.4 billion in fuel transactions, Ryan's FuelQuest experience includes leading large-scale supply chain optimization, technology, and business process implementations at large fleet and energy companies including UPS and Chevron.
Ryan has been published or quoted in publications such as Forbes and USA Today and a wide variety of industry information sources. Additionally, he has presented at leading conferences such as SIGMA, IFDA, Waste Expo, OPIS Fleet Fueling and NACS. Prior to FuelQuest, Ryan was a vice president of Spur Digital and founder of McKinley Powell, an IT consulting and strategic marketing firm for the oil and gas industry with an international client base, as well as a consultant for Accenture. Ryan has a BA in economics from Columbia University and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.
Senior Director, Operations
Mary is the senior director of operations with responsibility for providing customer support, production operations monitoring, and release management for FuelQuest's growing solutions and customer base. She has more than 15 years of technology, project, product, and account management experience with large companies such as Enron as well as start-ups.
Mary leverages her experience managing complex implementations and support organizations to provide customer support, production operations monitoring, and release management for FuelQuest. Mary earned a BS in management, BA in Spanish, and a Certificate in International Business Studies from Arizona State University.
