Rich Cilento
Chairman of the FuelQuest Advisory Board and Original FuelQuest Founder

In addition to founding FuelQuest and co-founding The Bollard Group, Rich Cilento brings a broad range of experience from his years with Xerox Corp, XLConnect Solutions and NASA, where he was responsible for redesigning the Mission Control Center and implementing NASA's Software Management Plan. He holds a bachelor of science degree in aeronautical and astronomical engineering from the University of Illinois, an MBA from the University of Houston and serves on the advisory boards for several internet-based companies.

Matt Tormollen

Matt Tormollen brings a broad scope of experience in technology, operations and market development to his role as chief executive officer of FuelQuest. He has more than 24 years software industry experience which includes more than a decade of executive level management within successful venture-funded businesses. Matt has a proven track record for delivering highly valuable, customer and market driven solutions in the energy and transportation industries. Prior to FuelQuest, he led market and solution strategy at Pavilion Technologies, now a Rockwell Software company. Matt received a bachelor of science in information systems management from the University of Maryland.

Mike has an MBA in finance from Waynesburg University.

Paul Stone
Business Advisor - International Strategy & Growth

Paul Stone, formerly the Chairman of Shell Turcas Petrol AS, brings extensive experience within the oil products industry including: retail, commercial, lubricants, and supply & distribution to the board. In his thirty-two years at Shell International, Stone managed business expansion into countries such as Brazil, India, Indonesia, Mexico, Russia, Turkey, and Ukraine. Stone holds a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering and has studied at the Ashridge Management College and Oxford University Business School and is an active member of the Energy Institute. Stone also participates in a number of non-executive board positions in the UK and other countries.
